Rental Agreement

 Party Bus Guidelines

· No Smoking

· No illegal Drugs

· No underage drinking

· No standing on seats

· In order to prevent excessively large spills, kegs and barrels of beer filled with liquids are prohibited

· Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus. However, guess may not carry open containers of alcohol onto or off the bus.

· No guns or knives

· While the bus is in motion, passengers must sit or stand behind the driver’s privacy curtain

· No sitting on the bar or back of seats

· No glitter or confetti

· Please use the party pole in a safe manner by keeping feet on the floor               

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT & GRATUITY

A deposit of $250 is required to hold your date and serve as a security deposit for any damages. Please send your deposit check and contract within two days of confirming that you are making a reservation. The deposit check is separate from the payment/gratuity. 

Full payment is due upon the time of pick-up. The full payment can be made in cash at the time of pickup, or by check or credit card if paid at least once week prior to your rental date. If paid by credit card, a 3.5% credit card vendor fee will be added to the cost. All prices include sales tax.  A 20% driver gratuity will be added to the cost of your rental.

DAMAGE POLICY & FEES

The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage, the

customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning. The following will result in automatic loss of

your deposit:

• Cracked or Broken Windows

• Smoking Burns

• Damage to Seats

• Damage to Lights, TV, or Stereo Equipment

• Excessively Spilled Fluids • Any Bio-hazardous Fluid Left Behind

Should damage exceed the deposit fee, the customer will be held responsible for the balance.

CANCELLATION

No same day cancellations. If cancellation notice is given same day, all money paid is forfeited.

A cancellation notice is required at least 7 days in advanced. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to funatfunontherun.live 

By signing this agreement I accept responsibility for all actions of the people on the bus and understand that Fun on the Run shall not be held responsible for any actions by passengers leading to personal injury.
